Purpose

Compete Enterprise Group, Inc. DBA Help Flow (Help Flow) provides website chat services to businesses (Services). We have adopted this Privacy Policy to establish standards to protect the Personal Information that we collect to provide the Services and operate the business.

Our goal with publishing this Privacy Policy is to make it easy for you to understand what Personal Information we collect and store and the rights you have with respect to your own Personal Information.

We handle Personal Information related to our own business as well as potentially storing Personal Information on behalf of our customers and users that input Personal Information into our systems.

Most information will be collected while the individual uses the Services, or generally corresponding and transacting with us. Registrations / Subscriptions – When an individual registers or subscribes for a service, account, or other resources we provide which requires their personal information to gain access.

Accounts / Memberships – When an individual submits their information to open an account and / or become a member with us.

Pixel Tags – Pixel tags enable us to send email messages and know if the message has been opened.

In general, we will not use any Personal Information other than for the purpose for which is was collected unless we receive the individual’s permission. The purpose of collection is determined by the circumstances in which the information was collected or submitted.

We will not disclose or sell Personal Information to third parties totally unrelated to providing the Services under any circumstances.

We may appoint a Privacy Officer to oversee the management of this Personal Information. This officer may have other duties within our business and also be assigned by internal and external professionals and advisors.

We will take all reasonable precautions to protect an individual’s Personal Information from unauthorized access. The security of online and offline transactions and communications cannot be guaranteed. Each individual providing information to us via the internet or offline does so at their own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of Personal Information where the security of information is not within our control.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of another person’s use of the Personal Information where we were authorized to provide that person with the Personal Information.

How to Access or Update Information

An Individual has the right to request their Personal Information from us and we have an obligation to provide them with such information within the time period required by law after receiving their written request.

It is an Individual’s responsibility to provide us with accurate and truthful Personal Information. We cannot be liable for any incorrect information that was provided to us.

Complaints or Disputes

If an Individual ha a complaint about our handling of their Personal Information, they should provide this complain in writing immediately.

If there is a dispute regarding an Individual’s Personal Information, we both must first attempt to resolve the issue directly between us.

If we become aware of any unauthorized access to an Individual’s Personal Information, we will inform them at the earliest practical opportunity once we have established what was accessed and how it was accessed.

Third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from your websites and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

We are currently using:

  • Google Adwords tag (including remarketing tag)

All above third parties use cookies, usage and event data collection mechanisms.
All above third parties may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

  • Users can opt-out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting.
