We are hiring Live Chat Agents to help visitors on our clients’ websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide world class service to HelpFLow visitors by offering a consistent live chat support service
  • Attend to inbound chats in accordance with standard operating procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be Philippines based
  • A stable internet broadband connection (DSL, cable or FIBER), minimum of 5mbps, with backup internet options
  • Computer literate – proficient with MS Office, Google chrome and Zoom/Skype
  • Minimum Computer requirements:
    • CPU: Quad Core 2.5+ GHz CPU (the higher the better)
    • RAM: 8GB + (the higher, the better)
      DUAL Monitor: Native screen resolution must be 1920p x 1080p or higher
    • Headset w/ Mic (for team meetings and huddles)
    • Webcam (for team meetings and huddles)
    • External Keyboard and Mouse (if you’re using a laptop you need to get a mouse and a keyboard
    • MS Office installed (365 or version 2010 and up)
    • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Able to work on a shifting schedule but predominantly during US business hours
    • At least 1 year of call center experience in CS or Tech accounts
